Vicel cellulose casings are made of regenerated cellulose through an extrusion process. The highest quality cellulose casings obtained in this way ensure product repeatability and high production rates due to their durability.

For the production of non-cased sausages, we recommend Speedy Peel casings with the highest degree of easy removal.
